002 Does God need celebration of Birth Days and Death Days, like ordinary homosepian mortals?


Shri Satya Sai Baba celebrated his 82nd birth day recently. (Nov 23, 2007). Large number of celebrities and VIPs were reported to have attended the Celebrations.

He is a self declared Bhagavan (God). Does a God have births and deaths to celebrate?

Satya means truth. Dharma means ethical virtuosity. When a person shows magic tricks and claims them as miraculous powers, where is the Satya and Dharma? He does not want others to criticise him. He does not correct himself.

Shri Sachin Tendulkar is scoring well in recent matches. He must be pretty happy with Baba.

024 Temple did not materialise even when Bhagawan laid the foundation stone!

Mr. Ramana Dikshitulu, the Chief Priest of the Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Temple said (Vaartha Telugu Daily 26-04-2011) that Mr. Sathya Sai Baba visited Tirupati and Tirumala in 1947. He laid a foundation stone for building a Shirdi Sai Temple at Bhavani nagar , on a vacant site of 0.5 acre donated by the father of Shri Ramana Dikshitulu. Temples do not get built even if the self-proclaimed God lays the foundation-stone. 2. Land gets sold by the Trust. 3. Whatever the religious and spiritual implications of Sri Satya Sai Baba (SSSB), he did achieve the glory of a Moghal king that ruled India and lived the life of a Paadusha (Badshah). Imagine stashing 11 crores of loose cash in the office room, along with 100 kg gold. By some accounts his personal conduct over the years was no less indulgent. In a way he did restore the glory of moghal kings or close to home their once representative Nizam. Placed in a bank the 15 crores of wealth could be earning about one crore rupees in interest per year. This disclosed wealth seems to be only the tip of the iceberg. It is interesting to note that there is very little public outrage at these findings. Could some one address the issue if people really donate this kind of money voluntarily to a Baba
